Raw Vegan Chocolate Mousse
One of my favorite recipes! A super simple recipe with only 3 ingredients. All of the ingredients are healthy for you. and yes, without sugar!
Instead of sugar, I use Xylitol. Xylitol is a natural sweetener with almost no calories and is also suitable for people with diabetes. Xylitol is considered one of the healthiest sweeteners with stevia. Try to avoid others.
It takes 10 minutes from start to finish; honestly, it takes longer to go shopping for the ingredients than to prepare this recipe. No joking!
500gm Young Coconut Meat
1/4 cup Xylitol
1 to 1.5 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
