This raw chocolate mousse recipe is one of my all-time favorites: simple, wholesome, and free of refined sugar. Even better, it’s made with just three ingredients!
Instead of regular sugar, I use xylitol. Sometimes, I use erythritol—a natural, nearly calorie-free sweetener that keeps blood sugar levels stable, making it suitable for those with diabetes. Among the healthier sugar alternatives, xylitol stands right beside stevia, so try to steer clear of other sweeteners whenever possible.
This dessert comes together in about 10 minutes; honestly, picking up the ingredients will probably take longer than preparing the mousse itself!
