The Weight of Small Things
I don’t think there is anything new I could write. But I believe we can all become reminders to each other—of a better life. It might be a poem, a story, or something small, like a phrase that pulls us from the thick waters of a bog.
Little things can become big when measured by changes of heart. As my son often says, “Mom is worse in your head than in reality.” It’s a simple line I have carried for a long time—as a reminder, as a blessing, as a new perspective. And with that, a breath opens into landscape: fresh, unstuck, and beyond.
