Tortilla (omelette) 3 ways carrots, onion, and spinach

It's a classic and super simple recipe here.

I love this recipe because it is simple and high in protein, so it makes you feel satisfied for a long time, and when you add veggies, you add fibers as well.

You can experiment with the veggies, this are my favorites :)
